According to the narration of a social media, the man and his wife lived with his younger brother who is very well to do.
The man knew his younger brother was in a romantic relationship with his wife but turned a blind eye to it because he had promised to make him rich so he played along.
His wife got pregnant and he was happy when she finally delivered safely only to find out that the baby is not even his.
Apparently a birthmark on the new born gave them out. The man is said to have suffered a heart attack which led to his death.
