Janey Godley Children: Meet Ashley Storrie

Janey Godley is a Scottish comedian, actress, playwright, and best-selling author. She was born in Glasgow in 1961 and grew up in the city’s East End.

Godley’s comedy career began in the late 1990s when she started performing stand-up comedy. She quickly gained a following for her irreverent, sometimes profane, but always hilarious observations on life in Scotland.

Godley has since become a household name in the UK, known for her distinctive Glaswegian accent and her ability to find humor in even the darkest of situations.

She has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Glasgow International Comedy Festival, and many other comedy events around the world.

Janey Godley has one daughter named Ashley Storrie. Storrie is also a comedian and writer, and has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and other comedy events in the UK.
