Maurice Ampaw, the lawyer for NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman Benard Antwi Bosiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, does not appear to be pleased with the court’s decision to let Afia Schwarzenegger walk free.
In a new twist, the lawyer has revealed that he is suing the contentious television personality once more.
Afia Schwarzenegger was fined Ghc 60K and barred from engaging in social media banter for two years by a Ghanaian court a few weeks ago.
She was teasing former slay queen Moesha Boduong on Instagram yesterday, and she even threatened to slap her if she (Moesha) wasn’t sick.
Some internet users wondered if Afia Schwarzenegger had broken her bond by engaging in a social media fight for the next two (2) years.
Following this, lawyer Maurice Ampaw issued a statement indicating that he will take her back to court because she has not changed.
According to him, after the court sentenced her to 10 days in prison, she went into hiding somewhere in the country but lied to the court about being sick and not being in the country.
On the day of the final verdict, she came in pretending to be unable to walk properly, but after the judge passed his verdict and the fine was paid, she began walking normally.
According to Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, while the other defendants are behaving well, Afia Schwarzenegger is simply misbehaving herself.
