“My mental health is at stake”-Efia Odo says as she takes a break from the #FixTheCountry campaign

Popular Ghanaian social media personality and Freedom Activist, Andrea Owusu, well known as Efia Odo has taken a break off the #FixTheCountry campaign, says things are heavy on her at the moment.

Ever since she took it upon herself to fight for the rights of her people, serving as their mouthpiece in calling the government to attend to issues facing them in the country, Efia Odo has been lambasted and disliked by many who oppose the movement.

“My mental health is at stake”-Efia Odo says as she takes a break from the #FixTheCountry campaign
Recall, she was arrested by the police after she led some people to the entrance of the courtroom, chanting with placards with the inscription #FixTheCountry. She was later granted bail along with the other fourteen protestors that were arrested.

Efia Odo then took to her Facebook to lament how people intend to control her social media by telling her what to post and what not to post simply because she is fighting for the right of Ghanaians.

She then revealed her intentions not to post anything on her social media pages since she is always criticized for her posts on the #FixTheCountry campaign.

She wrote; My own page and people are trying to tell me what I can and can’t post? Smh! I’m not a politician I don’t want to be one. I’m not here for NDC, NPP or any political party because to me they’re all the same. This is getting frustrating. I might as well not post anything ever again. Y’all don’t even know what these issues are doing to my mental health( we don’t even take mental health serious in the black communities). ☹️

Well, in her recent post, Efia Odo has decided to take a break from the #FixTheCountry campaign because her mental health is at stake. She revealed that her quest to fight for the country and humanity has done her more harm than good, thus she is going on Hiatus.
