Shawn Kemp is a former professional basketball player from the United States. He was born on November 26, 1969, in Elkhart, Indiana.
Kemp played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for 14 seasons, from 1989 to 2003. He was known for his athleticism and explosive dunks, earning him the nickname “Reign Man.”
Kemp played for several teams throughout his career, including the Seattle SuperSonics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Portland Trail Blazers, and Orlando Magic.
Kemp was a six-time NBA All-Star and a three-time All-NBA Second Team selection.
