Following the wild allegation made by social media commentator Kevin Taylor that the President of Ghana gave his daughter $6 million to build a restaurant, some Ghanaians have wondered what the restaurant would be like.
The answer was provided in a tweet by Ghanaian food blogger Zubaida.
Zubaida toured President Akufo-$6 Addo’s daughter’s million plush restaurants in Cantonments, Accra, and gave a candid review on Twitter.
According to the blogger, Edwina Nana Dokua Akufo-restaurant Addo’s “NsuomNam” is nothing short of exquisite but also has affordable menu options.
She rated the food, service, and reception as “nice,” and their starters received a perfect score, but she thought some menus were a little pricey.
The restaurant’s menu made its way online, and it was discovered that starters ranged in price from Gh45.00 to Ghc120.00.
Customers can expect to spend between Ghc180.00 and Ghc600.00 on seafood as their main course, but for other dishes, they must have deeper pockets.
“The food was nice,” she wrote on Twitter. The starter in particular was a 10/10. The service was excellent, and the owner, manager, and chef were all extremely pleasant. The average cost of a drink, starter, main course, and dessert is $400 per person.”
