Security personnel working hard to rescue people trapped under rubble in Turkey have successfully rescued a sleeping toddler.
According to a video posted on the verified Cbsnews TikTok account, the small child appeared perplexed when the rescue personnel discovered him.
He expressed his surprise by asking “What’s going on?” in his native tongue, using terms translated from it.
The rescue personnel consoled the youngster, telling him that nothing was wrong and that it was a good morning.
